Ok Cris, for the cutes girl on CS, I am willing to translate Healthy Love: or should I say definition Healthy Love = no pain, no confusion, no lack of communication...oh goody all wrong again, Universe doesn t understand the expression NO, ok here it goes again:
Love, based on a both way friendship, good and open communication, mutual understanding, same goals, habbits and if possible points of view, in other words...looking into the same direction, not just into each others loving eyes. In case the involved ones are not from the same culture, religion, sex, political views, skin,......make sure both know more than enough about the other to ensure deep understanding ,mutual respect and acceptance......love is not what hurts but lack of all the former mentioned. Having in mind that under given circumstances both are different sex, love and understanding is far better than neverending war....which leads to a very unhealthy love and therefore lack of peace. UUUUfffff, I managed, but wonder if anybody understood

The only problem there is that you are so comfortable and at peace with the other person that your love life is too healthy!
Within a 'peaceful love' relationship you find the other person too unexciting to make love to - naturally sex should only be for procreational purposes, so this disgusting habit that, I have heard, people indulge in is kept to a minimum.
It is, of course, logical to become totally celibate once you have fathered/mothered a couple of little monsters...... then you can be at peace with your partner, and not have to indulge in anything filthy like ear nibbling or even touching hands.
Peaceful love is when you either get divorced or one of you is deceased. Then you can have fond memories of the person you irritated or who irritated you for so many years.
By the way, did you know that Elvis Presley almost became a priest?
He felt he had a calling for the church. Would his life been better and would he have enjoyed 'peaceful love' and even 'healthy love' if he'd refrained from a career as hip-gyrating singer and part-time movie thingybob?

Oh Rusty, you are unique...you just showed me plain why I prefer to marry to a Cherokee brother and as to Elvis, yes, it is rather natural among our native people to feel drawn to spiritual, medical, religous, artistic or shamanic vocations, just as myself, playing among the other part of this world, though from time to time my warrior blood comes through and I might get a lil ....so watch out sweet knight

So you mean healthy love is like flying with the eyes closed, like the Yogourt girl says: "Heaven...i'm in heaven...and my heart bits so that i can hardly speeeeeeeeak...", that's what you mean? Whew, then i need a real match
Thanks sweetie

| | LOVE GIVES PEACE Posted: Aug 25, 2008, 9:55 PM CET | Thought I would drop a quote from a book I am reading "The Wisdom of Crocodiles" as I am not quite sure if love gives peace. It's a bit of a chunky read and I scratched my head a couple of times, but eventually it made sense to me: "The most complex structure in the universe is the human brain. The most complex product of that structure is the relationship between two of these brains. Once these two meet in a field they will exchange something; and so begins economics. The next time they meet, one of them will remember they felt angered by the poor deal they made at their last meeting; and so begins History. At the next meeting they will arrive at a better method of agreeing exhanges; and so begins Politics. Or they will not; and so begins War. Then one of them will discover a desire for the other; and so begins Love. The other, discovering herself desirable and having learned from all that has happened up to this point, will enter into a series of exchanges involving Economics, History, Politics and Love.... The most complex form of relationship is between a woman and a man; the most complex form of the relationship between a woman and a man is marriage and therefore it is in the marital bed that we see the ultimate model of everything. If irregularities concerning these exchanges are uncovered by either party and given time, they usually are, then the two of them will discover the most hidden of all the great forces which shape the destiny of men and women: Fraud. Broadly speaking then, we can sum up by saying that our futures are decided in the conflict between three things...Love, Lies and Economics..........."
So.....I don't know if that equates love with Peace but it sure is fun luvin'........
